If you can't find the information you're looking for on this site then you have two options, you can either report a problem that you're experiencing over on Get Satisfaction - a site set up for collecting feedback - or you can report a problem from within the app.
This is a great resource if you're having trouble getting something to work. Other people in the community can see your posts and may provide feedback. I will also see every post and will try to respond quickly to offer whatever help I can. The more information that you can provide the more chance that someone will be able to help you. You should say what type of device you're using (iPod, iPad, iPhone), what version of iOS you have installed, what type of camera, etc.
If you have trouble connecting to a camera then you will be offered the chance to "Report a Problem", you can also do this when looking at the list of cameras, simply tap the "Report a Problem" button and then tap on the row for the camera you're having problems with.
You will have the chance to enter a description of the problem you're having. If you provide an email address then I will actually be able to respond to you and try to help you resolve the problem. The app also makes it easy for you to choose to send me the login details for your camera so that I can try accessing it myself and see what the problem is.
I will do my best to reply to all feedback but I'm getting a lot at the moment and struggling to keep on top so it might take a while.
